We were so lucky to have found Kristi for this journey. The process to search for the home of our dreams in a region far away from our current home and that meets our needs in every possible way, is one of the biggest challenges we have taken on together. Kristi understood the process from beginning to end, took the time to know us and our vision for the perfect location, quality of the home and all the comforts that we were looking for. She listened and got a full understanding of our desires for the location and home we wanted to find and then help coordinate our travels and the details of our visit showing us a variety of homes in several communities, pointing out all the pros and cons of each, never applying pressure and leaving us with an incredible list of options to choose from. Not only is she an expert with the home search and buying process, but her knowledge of home construction, area building codes and modification options really helped us in our decision making. Then she walked us through the entire process from the offer and all the steps to close the deal displaying one of her finest qualities "clear and detailed communication". We will recommend her to our family and friends as they look for their dream home in the same area. It is rare to find someone with all the expertise and personal qualities needed for this process, as there are a lot of details in buying a home so far away, but again we were so lucky to find Kristi!! Kristi was an absolute life saver and a delight to work with! I had to unexpectedly move in a 3 week time frame to an area I was not familiar with. To all the realtors I’ve loved and lost I want to say thank you because it brought me to my forever Realator, Kristi. The other realtors I’ve been with,(and believe you me I’ve been with my fair share) only seemed to want me for one thing. Sure they where all great in the beginning, long walks on the properties, talks about What the future would bring, where I would raise my kids, but they all just seemed to move way too fast, making me feel like I wasn’t pre approved, like I was never going to find anything better. Not my Kristi though. She took things slow. She really took the time to get to know me. She was sensitive to my needs and never made me feel like I had to do anything I wasn’t ready to do. No, it’s not my first time but I just think every time you go under contract, it should be special. I guess, I’m just one of those old fashioned kind of buyers. Other realtors used to make me feel insecure. Made me feel like I wasn’t their only buyer. I would call them throughout the day just to see how things were progressing and maybe tell them about a cute house I saw, only to be ignored, ghosted by the one person who I thought I could count on for advice. Kristi has just always been there for me. Had my back when things were tough. Even though I wasn’t always understood by some renters, rejected even, she stood by me. Helping me pick up the pieces and move forward, opening my eyes to properties I’d never seen before. And when the day came when we finally, you know, went under contract… it was magical. It was a long road but worth the wait. Every time I pull my car in and out of that nice warm garage, I see Kristi Lee’s face and can’t wait for the next time we get to do it again.

Kristi, picked up the pieces from a prior bad realtor experience. She turned 2 months of no showings into showings and offers within the first month of taking over our listing. Kristi was absolutely on top of communication with us and with interested parties. The entire way through the process she was receptive to our input and was reassuring with her expert experience.
